Platform for the automated valuation of properties
An application designed to automatically value properties based on a single piece of information: the property’s address. Once this information has been entered, the system collects and integrates data from industry portals, public databases and the SisTer portal, generating a comprehensive and reliable valuation.

The problem to be solved
The client needed a tool capable of automating property valuation, thereby reducing analysis times and minimising errors caused by the manual handling of data from various sources.
THE SOLUTION
What we have built
We have developed a web application based on Python/Django architecture, integrated with Google Maps Platform for geolocation and with SisTer for access to land registry data. The system automatically processes the information collected and generates an accurate valuation, providing immediate support for property valuation activities.
