An application designed to automatically value properties based on a single piece of information: the property\u2019s address. Once this information has been entered, the system collects and integrates data from industry portals, public databases and the SisTer<\/strong> portal, generating a comprehensive and reliable valuation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The client needed a tool capable of automating property valuation, thereby reducing analysis times and minimising errors caused by the manual handling of data from various sources.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

THE SOLUTION<\/span><\/p>\n

What we have built<\/h2>\n

We have developed a web application based on Python\/Django<\/strong> architecture, integrated with Google Maps Platform<\/strong> for geolocation and with SisTer<\/strong> for access to land registry data. The system automatically processes the information collected and generates an accurate valuation, providing immediate support for property valuation activities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
